What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?

I see possibility and potential, generally but specifically in people. I get energy from building and leading high performing teams by unlocking individual and collective potential. I love getting to know people, their individual genius, aligning a team to a set of goals, and creating the conditions where each of us and all of us together can thrive and amplify impact.

What is it like working on a team at Blue Engine?

We work really hard to live out our values – which means building relationships with one another, honoring the whole humans we are, learning constantly, and pushing each other to challenge the status quo. Working with such talented, dedicated humans – who care deeply about one other – is extraordinarily meaningful and gratifying.
