What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?

I turn vision into reality. I have a knack for bringing the big picture into sharper focus for my team and charting a clear path toward that vision. As Blue Engine works toward significant growth goals in the coming years, I look forward to helping my team identify opportunities for greater impact while remaining rooted in our values and our mission.

What is it like working on a team at Blue Engine?

Blue Engine is a human centered organization. Not only do we believe in the ability of all students to be successful, but we also believe in the ability of every educator to effectively lead all students to academic success. Blue Engine puts students and educators at the center of our work. We are deeply collaborative, ensuring we constantly listen to our partners and gather data that allows us to respond to the needs of our partners. We are asset based and focus on elevating the voices of educators and enhancing the work happening in classrooms through data-driven team teaching strategies.
