What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?

I am a naturally curious deep thinker. I think in question forms and the answers help me make meaning of the worlds within which I exist. In the work space, this translates to using my strength to inspire people to think in new ways and lean into what is possible with ease and renewed purpose. Data and evaluation are not very exciting topics for many people, yet they are fundamental to how we navigate the world.

What do you love about working at Blue Engine?

Simply put, I get to work with amazing people doing incredibly hard and inspiring work. I look forward to my work days because of my colleagues. The energy, passion, and commitment to our mission is reflected in how people show up for and collaborate with each other. We are rethinking the student learning experience and actively working to set up teachers to successfully meet the learning needs of every student in their classrooms.
