Elandria leads Development and Communications, raising private revenue to meet short and long-term financial goals and raising brand awareness to increase visibility of BE’s unique value proposition. A myriad of experiences have led her to this role, including mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, managing the “Got Milk?” Milk Mustache advertising campaign, and raising money for a $200 million charter management organization.

Leading with love, authenticity and joy. I am passionate about making values-based connections that will unlock minds, hearts and resources. Through curiosity, collaboration, and creativity, I serve as a bridge between opportunity and generosity to create a reality where every young person of color can fully step into their power.
