I pride myself on getting teachers to expand their definition of what data is, how data can help them get to know their students as individuals, and how they can respond to that data within their current school and classroom systems.
What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?
I’m both analytical and conscious of each school’s individual context. I pride myself on getting teachers to expand their definition of what data is, how data can help them get to know their students as individuals, and how they can respond to that data within their current school and classroom systems.
What do you love about working at Blue Engine?
What I love most about working at Blue Engine is that the organization has a deep learning mindset. We set out to learn with our partners each year and dedicate time to responding to those insights. As a coach, it makes my work with teachers feel like a true collaborative partnership where I constantly get to learn from my teachers and highlight the work they are doing together.
