Lindsay Kent (she/her/hers)

At a high level, Lindsay’s work focuses on setting staff members up with the tools, systems and resources they need to do their work well. This includes talent management (hiring processes, feedback cycles for current staff) as well work in human resources, operations and finance. Lindsay began her career in the classroom with Blue Engine as a Teaching Assistant. Even though she is no longer in the classroom, student experience remains a focus and driving force in her work.

What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?

I always want to keep getting better. This fits right in at BE – we are a learning organization and are constantly learning & growing through feedback processes. And when I am too hard on myself, my teammates are there to celebrate wins and shout me out!

What do you love about working at Blue Engine?

I love working with the people at Blue Engine – staff members are passionate about the work that they do and are a joy to work with. I also deeply appreciate Blue Engine’s commitment to DEI and the embedding of an equity lens into everything we do.
