What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?

I’m very focused on collecting data, reflecting, and making thoughtful decisions, and this is a strength that I bring to my work with colleagues. This is most often expressed through my high level of detail and organization, which helps me wrangle projects that lack a clear vision.

Describe a time that you experienced individualization as a student?

I experienced individualization as a student during 2nd grade. I was an avid reader, but my math skills weren’t the best. As a result, my teacher made sure to assign me accelerated reading and writing work, but also provided lots of extra practice with foundational math concepts. She was very thoughtful in order to leverage my strengths and address my gaps in knowledge, and that wouldn’t have been possible without a lens of individualization.
