Tiffany Galloway (she/her/hers)

Tiffany is the Senior Director on the Learning and Design team and is chiefly responsible for leading efforts on the development of Blue Engine’s support model design. What is your unique genius? How do you bring it to your work at Blue Engine?

I deeply prioritize fostering and maintaining authentic relationships across all spheres of my life. Moreover, I use the basis of relationship building to solicit diversity of thought. This uniquely manifests in my work at Blue Engine, as I’m incredibly intentional about bringing multiple stakeholder voices to a challenge with the goal of being able to co-create solutions.

What is it like working on a team at Blue Engine?

Blue Engine has a work culture unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. There’s something deeply affirming about being able to wake up and show up to work everyday as your authentic and whole self. I’m in constant awe that I get to work alongside folks who are values-aligned and equally as invested in solving one of the greatest social justice issues of our time–educational equity.
